At Elephante, our Bussers play a vital role in delivering a seamless dining experience. You’ll assist our Floor and Cocktail Servers by resetting tables quickly and efficiently, helping maintain the ambiance and cleanliness of our space. You’ll also interact with guests and team members in a professional, friendly manner to ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance, following company standards
• Anticipate guest needs and accommodate requests promptly
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Support service staff by communicating guest needs clearly and efficiently
• Refill water and assist with beverage service as needed
• Clear and reset tables swiftly and thoroughly during service
• Keep stations and the venue clean and fully stocked
• Comply with all sanitation and health department standards
• Prepare floor and side stations at opening, and complete side-work at closingi>
• Assist in setting tables and prepping areas for upcoming courses
• Attend pre-service meetings, training sessions, and departmental meetings
• Report any equipment or furniture damage to management immediately
• Foster a positive and team-oriented atmosphere by learning and leading by example

• Valid Food Handler Certificate
• Prior busser experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods (up to 50 lbs)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
