- 8+ years of sales & business development experience specifically in event sponsor ships, digital/print media, and content production.
- Strong influencer, sales minded with external relationships with top brands, and understands how to accelerate audience growth that contributes revenue for Red Bull and our partners.
- Success with strategic solutions while using quantitative analytics paired with Red Bull ways of working.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects at once.
- Working knowledge of long form contracts and legal frameworks all while adhering to corp. policies.
- An expert in the partnership space with the ability to contribute outside of essential responsibilities.
- Expert in PowerPoint, excel and other creative pre/post planning tools including co-pilot.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Travel 40-50%
- Permanent
