As a Security Officer – Unarmed Property Roving CRE you will protect clients in a range of industries such as commercial real estate. Your duties include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, deterring incidents, maintaining a welcoming environment, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and management.

• Friday 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem-solve effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or security-related hazards discovered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.
• Support access control protocols to deter unauthorized entry to the premises as required by site-specific procedures.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Applicable licensing and driver’s license requirements may apply.
