Jamie AI is the intelligence platform behind impactful content creation, combining audience and performance data with deep research to generate high-quality content ideas, scripts, research documents, and campaigns. Jamie’s clients is include Amazon, RCA Records, and Wave Sports + Entertainment, for innovative and efficient solutions in content production.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and ship the core systems that power Jamie AI as we scale quickly. In this role, you’ll focus on designing reliable backend architecture, writing clear and maintainable code, and turning product requirements into practical, production-ready features. You’ll work closely with the team to improve performance, strengthen our infrastructure, and ensure the platform can support more creators, shows, and enterprise clients over time.

• $120k-$130k per year

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and solid Object‑Oriented Programming fundamentals
• 2–3 years of real software engineering experience (not just prompting AI tools)
• Proficiency in Type Script and Python
• Hands‑on experience with back-end development, modern frameworks, and software design best practices
• Comfortable architecting systems from scratch and writing maintainable, well‑tested code
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform
• Ability to set up production‑grade logging, monitoring, and alerting
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail
• Experience working in agile teams and using modern remote collaboration tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Interest in AI/ML and LLMs—you’ll work with them daily
• Familiarity with AI or data‑driven platforms is a plus

• Based in Los Angeles, CA area

• Dev‑ops/automation experience preferred
• Startup or early‑stage company experience
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines or LLM APIs
• Experience designing scalable APIs, distributed systems, or queue‑based architectures
