We are looking for a Full-Stack Python Software Developer to join our Developer Platform team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled developer with strong AWS knowledge and experience with provisioning and deployment tools, capable of understanding and verifying developer platform features. This role will involve working collaboratively within the team to deliver top-priority changes and new features for the developer platform.

• Full-Stack Development:
  Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar) to deliver top-priority changes and new features for the developer platform.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Dev Ops:
  Set up, maintain, and optimize applications in AWS environments using infrastructure as code, working with tools like Terraform and Kubernetes to ensure reliable deployment and provisioning.
• Database Management:
  Design and implement database solutions using MySQL, Postgres, or Mongo
  
  DB to support platform functionality and ensure data integrity and performance.
• Platform Feature Verification:
  Understand, test, and verify developer platform features to ensure they meet technical requirements and deliver value to internal development teams.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and communicate progress effectively through clear written and verbal communication.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Python web development using Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
  • At least 3 years of experience setting up or maintaining applications in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or similar environments/tools.
  • Experience setting up and starting projects that run in a cloud-hosted environment from either personal or work experience using infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with MySQL, Postgres, or Mongo
    
    DB.
• Skills:
  • Strong full-stack development capabilities with Python.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code practices and tools.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Other:
  Ability to understand and verify complex platform features; problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Experience with front-end development, especially React.
• Experience integrating applications with LDAP in Python.
• Experience giving demos to technical audiences.
• Solid experience building and designing highly scalable, fault‑tolerant, and highly available systems.
• Experience creating and maintaining APIs using Graph
