We are seeking a Founding AI Systems Engineer (UI) to operate as a Principal Frontend Architect
. This is not a standard role; it is a high‑leverage position for a principal technologist who is finished with "ticket‑taking" and ready to architect the interface layer of a new intelligence engine.

We are pivoting from Search to Verification
. We are building the Neural Interface that connects our Neuro‑Symbolic Intelligence Engine (Product.ai) to the human user. You will be the sole architect of this surface, reporting directly to the Chief Architect.

You will not be writing tickets for minor features. You will be architecting the strategic engines of the company.

• The AI‑Native Design System: You will architect a token‑driven UI framework from first principles. This is not just a component library; it is a system designed for AI Code Generation
  . You will define the strict contracts that allow our AI agents to generate high‑fidelity, production‑ready UI code without human intervention.
• The Agentic Interface: You will build the High‑Fidelity Interaction Layer where human intent meets machine reasoning. You will solve complex state management challenges to ensure that the UI feels "native" and "instant," regardless of the heavy computation happening in the background.

• Base Salary: $300,000 – $450,000
