We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Softball Coach to join our team! As a Coach, you will design and lead age‑appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a fastpitch sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of players, we want to hear from you!

We coach players from elementary to high school. We have after school programs, spring and summer camps, skills clinics, private training and travel ball. Looking for dedicated coaches with a passion for the game and teaching the fundamentals!

• Follow age‑appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
• Lead structured practices.
• Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
• Individualize practices to suit each child’s abilities.
• Communicate with parents/guardians.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team.

• Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred.
• Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required.
• First aid and CPR‑certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
