Job Title:

Shuttle Driver (24-Hour Service – 2-Year Contract)

Job Summary:

We are seeking professional and dependable Shuttle Drivers to join our 24-hour transportation team under a two-year fixed-term contract. Drivers will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services for passengers along assigned routes or schedules. This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
This is an on-call position with no set schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a company shuttle vehicle safely and efficiently along designated routes
• Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and transporting belongings if necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly shuttle interior and report any safety concerns
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Complete daily logs of mileage, charge batteries, and trip activity
• Report on vehicle issues or incidents immediately
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with passengers, staff, or members of the public
• Other Duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid California Driver’s License (Class
  
  C)
• Clean driving record (DMV printout required at time of hire)
• 1+ year of previous professional driving experience preferred
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule (day, evening, overnight, weekends, holidays)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Contract Details:

• Employment Term: 2 years
