Base Pay Range

$16.90/hr - $19.00/hr

BLISS Car Wash is rapidly growing and looking for energetic, smiling team members. We value each of our team members and are passionate about making people smile while conserving water. This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and ensuring vehicles are cleaned following company standards.

• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression
• Educate guests on single wash, upgrades, and membership packages
• Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages
• Process payments
• Load vehicles safely onto the conveyor and prep per company guidelines
• Perform quality control to verify vehicles meet BLISS clean standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Perform after‑hours site cleaning per schedule (tunnel equipment, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area)
• Maintain high of personal appearance and grooming per uniform policy
• Follow directions, good judgment, and make decisions consistent with job functions
• Follow company safety protocol
• Be a team player

Experience: Combination of car wash, retail, and guest service industries preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Maintain highest level of service
• Adapt to high‑volume retail environment while working in a team
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Demonstrate ability to improve through training
• Build great relationships with guests and co‑workers through communication and follow‑through

Full‑time & part‑time employees with ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Reports to the Site Manager.

• Mainly outdoors, occasionally indoors
• Exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents (dust, fumes, gases)
• Fluctuation in temperature and conditions (heat, cold, humidity), some noise and vibration

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand or walk for long periods
• Operate all related equipment
