• Lead site staff and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site.
• Assist with daily paperwork in the Manager/Assistant Site Manager absence.
• Provide the best customer experience by training the team on all internal and external programs and building customer loyalty through the membership program.
• Train the team on Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
• Ensure safety and compliance procedures are adhered to and provide daily direction to the staff.
• Maintain high standards of product knowledge and product preparation.
• Perform after‑hours site cleaning and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
• Follow through on site open/close processes.
• Persistently support team morale and training.
• Maintain clean work areas and a safe environment for employees, vendors, and guests.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and internal audits.
• Enjoy working outdoors and handle exposure to fumes, temperature fluctuations, and noise.
• Be a team player and uphold the company’s positive culture.
• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Offer and sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
• Prep vehicles within company guidelines and verify quality control.

• Always maintain the highest level of customer care.
• Adapt to the ever‑changing high‑volume retail environment.
• Take initiative when problems arise.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Mentor staff performance through motivation, training, and clear expectations.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Lead, support, and contribute to team goals.

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Communicate operational concerns with Management and co‑workers.

Reports to the Site Manager.

• Works outdoors with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment, and cleaning solvents.
• Constant temperature and environmental fluctuations.
• Exposure to noise and vibration.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible hours, including night, day, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate all related equipment.
