Salary RangeSalary Range: $50.00 - $75.44 / hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full‑Time, Regular Part‑Time, and Part‑Time positions. PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy. PRN differential is added in certain positions.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinic RN renders professional nursing care to patients in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. This position organizes and coordinates patient care planning with other hospital disciplines. The Clinic RN reports to the Clinic Manager and interfaces with front office and back office staff to assure patient flow in the back office of the clinic.
Qualifications- Current CA Registered Nurse License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Ambulatory or Urgent Care experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous medical office, urgent care or clinic experience
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD9, DNV, state funded programs, HMO and Medi-Cal
- 12 months of prior Nursing Procedure Skills experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
