• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Educate guests on single wash, upgrades, and membership packages.
• Offer & sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships.
• Offer & sell BLISS Single Wash Packages and upgrades.
• Process payments.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded safely onto the conveyor and processed according to company guidelines.
• Prep vehicles and perform quality control to verify cleanliness and wipe down vehicles.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform after‑hours site cleaning following the schedule.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform.
• Follow directions, exercise good judgment, and make decisions consistent with job functions.
• Follow company safety protocol.
• Be a team player.

• Experience in car wash, retail, or guest service industries preferred (not required).
• Must maintain the highest level of service.
• Ability to adapt to changing high‑volume retail environment and work in a team.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Demonstrates improvement through training.

Work Schedule:

Full‑time & Part‑time employees that can work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to the Site Manager.

• Works mainly outdoors and at times indoors.
• Constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents.
• Fluctuation in temperature, humidity; noise and vibration exposure.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to operate all related equipment.
