Mission For This Role

Deliver safe, high-quality, and well-coordinated projects in Santa Rosa Beach by executing schedules, controlling costs, leading field teams, and communicating clearly while living out C/Sharpe’s RESTORE values.

Outcomes (Success Measured By) Safety Performance
  • Achieve 100% daily safety compliance (JHAs, PPE, housekeeping, equipment inspections).
  • Zero OSHA recordables and zero repeat safety violations.
  • Safety documentation submitted daily and accurately.
Schedule Execution
  • Maintain 95%+ schedule accuracy on short-interval and look-ahead schedules.
  • Deliver assigned projects or phases on time or ahead of schedule.
  • Communicate schedule risks or delays to PM and Ops within 24 hours.
Quality Control
  • Achieve 95%+ first‑time inspection pass rate.
  • Reduce punch list items and rework.
  • Ensure all work meets contract documents, manufacturer requirements, and C/Sharpe standards.
Cost Control
  • Maintain labor productivity in line with budgeted hours.
  • Prevent avoidable rework, delays, and material waste.
  • Accurately track time, materials, and production impacts affecting job cost.
Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate trades, crews, and access equipment effectively.
  • Conduct daily huddles and weekly coordination meetings.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with PMs, Ops, clients, and inspectors.

Industry Experience
  • 7+ years in commercial construction required.
  • 3+ years as a commercial Superintendent required.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Office, and field technology.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing and logistics.
  • Able to read drawings, specs, schedules, and scopes.
  • Experience coordinating access equipment and site logistics.
Preferred Experience (Nice‑to‑Have)
  • Experience producing and managing construction schedules.
  • Familiarity with swing stages, scaffolding, aerial lifts, and access systems.
  • Experience in specialty construction, restoration, or structural repair.
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.
