Guest Ambassador

Oversee is an award‑winning vacation rental management company along the Emerald Coast, looking for a Guest Ambassador to join their Grayton Office. As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the face of the company and work closely with guests to create exceptional experiences. You will quote, book, and follow up with guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest feels welcome and taken care of during their stay.

Entry level – $37,500

• Create exceptional experiences for guests by providing excellent customer service
• Manage guest reservations, including booking, check‑in, and check‑out procedures
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are always clean and well‑maintained
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about local attractions and amenities
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote Oversee's properties and services

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
