Speech Language Pathologist

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Santa Rosa, FL for a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP). The Speech‑Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, voice, language, and communication disorders. Key responsibilities include collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams; providing therapy services to meet individualized education plans (IEPs); documenting progress; and ensuring evidence‑based practices to support effective treatment outcomes for students.

• Apply evidence‑based practices to support effective treatment outcomes for students.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing speech‑related challenges.
• Experience diagnosing and treating dysphagia and other swallowing disorders.
• Skilled in managing communication and language disorders in educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Prior experience in school‑based settings is preferred.
