Southern Holiday Homes is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeping & Lawn Maintenance Technician to help maintain the curb appeal and outdoor health of our properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating clean, well-kept, and inviting outdoor spaces.

• Mowing:
  Maintain lawns by trimming grass to a consistent and appropriate height.
• Edging:
  Define and maintain clean edges along sidewalks, driveways, patios, and flower beds.
• Weed Control:
  Identify and remove or treat weeds in lawns using manual or chemical methods.
• Weeding:
  Remove weeds from plant and flower beds to maintain an attractive landscape.
• Pruning:
  Trim shrubs, small trees (under 6 feet), and bushes to preserve plant health and aesthetic appearance.
• Debris Removal:
  Collect and dispose of sticks, branches, leaves, and other natural debris.
• Leaf Blowing:
  Use leaf blowers to clear leaves and debris from lawns, pathways, driveways, and patios.

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely (e.g., mower, blower, trimmer).
• Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high property standards.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team.

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, humidity, rain, etc.).
• Standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
• Requires weekend or holiday availability.
