Southern Holiday Homes, a leading vacation rental management company in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. Southern Holiday Homes specializes in managing luxury vacation properties along 30A. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding guest experiences, and our Maintenance Technicians are critical to achieving that goal.

• Handle general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other repair needs.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule one week per month to address urgent issues.
• Collaborate with property management and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used.

• Extensive maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Full-time position with rotating on-call availability (one week per month).
