• Responsible for completing assigned work orders for homeowners, performing general maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and on-call emergencies. Must be able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
• Performing work order maintenance repairs and other duties as necessary and keeping accurate records on daily work.
• Responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and operating manuals.
• Responsible for knowing the property’s A/C units, including being able to troubleshoot the system and make repairs to fan motors, thermostats, conductors, etc.
• Responsible for performing light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.
• Ability to perform light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, resetting toilets, replacing fittings, etc. The replacement or repair of broken glass, tile, screens, etc., is also required.
• Assist the homeowner with remodeling projects, including pickup and delivery of owner purchases such as appliances and/or furniture.

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's License.
• This position requires night and weekend availability.

Pay Starting between $22-$25/hr
