Marin Health ENT, Head & Neck Surgery, a long-established and respected practice in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our collaborative team.

• Established Reputation: Over 40 years of comprehensive ENT care in Northern California.
• Collaborative Team: Join a collegial group of 4 otolaryngologists and 2 audiologists.
• Subspecialty Welcome: Pursue your niche interests while contributing to comprehensive patient care.
• Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a mix of clinic (2–3 days/week) and OR (1–2 days/week).
• Academic Tie-In: Teaching opportunities and UCSF faculty appointment available.
• Seamless EHR: Epic EMR integrated across UCSF and regional hospitals.

• One central office near downtown Santa Rosa
• On-call rotation of 1:5
• Affiliated with Providence Santa Rosa Memorial and Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospitals
• Access to both outpatient surgery centers and inpatient ORs

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology
• California medical license (or eligibility)
• Strong commitment to patient care excellence
• Spanish language skills are a plus

• Starting Salary: $400,000+ productivity bonus
• 2-Year Guarantee: With opportunity to transition to partnership in Year 3
