Are you ready to practice full-scope Otolaryngology in one of Northern California’s most desirable communities? Marin Health ENT, Head & Neck Surgery, a long-established and respected practice in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our collaborative team.

- Access to both outpatient surgery centers and inpatient ORs
- MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology
- California medical license (or eligibility)
- Strong commitment to patient care excellence
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Starting Salary: $400,000+ productivity bonus
- 2-Year Guarantee: With opportunity to transition to partnership in Year 3
