Overview

Physician Assistant, Palliative Care (Santa Rosa, CA) – Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR). The ideal candidate will have Palliative Care practice experience in an outpatient setting. This role is located in Santa Rosa, CA.

• Provide palliative care in an outpatient setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Support office- and home-based care as part of a busy, established practice.

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and nationally certified by ANCC or NCCPA.
• Board certified or board eligible.
• Experience in comprehensive geriatric assessment.
• POLST / Advance Care Directive training.
