Job Description

Evolve Restorative Center has an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Physiatrist to join our multi-disciplinary pain management and restorative care team in Santa Rosa, California. We specialize in the management of chronic pain with an emphasis on interventional modalities.

Our flagship location in Santa Rosa is part of a network of state-of-the-art clinical offices throughout the North Bay Area. Nestled in the heart of California Wine Country, this area offers scenic beauty, cultural richness, excellent schools, and vibrant arts and recreational opportunities. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, outpatient position with no weekend or traditional on-call responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with a focus in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Board certification in PM&R preferred
  • Experience performing and interpreting EMG and nerve conduction studies independently
  • Ability to diagnose neuromuscular conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR and Cadwell EMG systems is beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
  • Perform EMG and other nerve studies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as needed
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, testing, and rehabilitation options
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records, including procedure coding
  • Stay informed on advances in physical medicine and rehabilitation
