JDH Wealth has an opening for a Client Service Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurate creation and processing of account paperwork
  • Database maintenance and updating
  • Serve day‑to‑day needs of clients by phone, in‑person, and email
  • Administrative onboarding of new clients
  • Assist in preparation for client wealth management meetings
  • Coordinate advisor’s calendar and schedule meetings
  • Provide reports as requested and/or scheduled
  • Scan and accurately file electronic documents
  • Create internal and client‑facing documents using Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and event planning
  • Document ongoing projects diligently
Qualifications
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem solving
  • IT savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • High personal standards and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated abilities in critical thinking and analysis
  • Attention to detail and strong time‑management skills
  • Open and receptive to feedback and coaching
  • Prior experience in a financial field and/or client service highly desired
  • Prior experience with Orion Advisor Services and Junxure (or other CRM) is a plus
