  • Develop and evaluate, and maintain Deposit and Branch Banking compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulations.
  • Develop, maintain, and submit reports to Senior Management and/or the Board of Directors detailing deposit and general banking compliance issues.
  • Review marketing collateral and disclosures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate investigation in response to customer complaints or complaints of policy or procedural violations as part of the Bank’s Complaint Management Program.
  • Liaise with Branch Banking and Central Operations senior management to ensure proper implementation of established compliance policies.
  • Train bank staff and directors on applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Perform routine monitoring to ensure adherence and compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and procedures; communicate results of monitoring to Senior Management and, when necessary, to the Board of Directors and follow up to ensure issues are addressed or escalated.
  • Coordinate and assist in the administration of independent, state, and federal regulator and auditor examinations and reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable reporting and record‑keeping requirements.
  • Assist in various other compliance‑related areas under the direction of the Head of Compliance.
  • Perform a minimum of 10 hours CRA volunteer work per year (compensable time; mileage reimbursed).
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience related to deposit, consumer, digital banking, and payment laws, rules, and regulations.
