Financial Analyst

APR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Physician Contract Payment Specialist (Financial Analyst) to work in Santa Rosa, CA.

• Pay: $49.14/hr
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00), Monday–Friday; no weekends.
• Start date:
  
  ASAP (1/19)

• Review contract terms and payments for physicians.
• Process accounts payable, invoices, and ensure accuracy of physician payments.
• Communicate with physicians to resolve invoice/payment issues.
• Maintain strong mathematical and Excel/technology skills.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, or Invoice Processing.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; high school graduation acceptable with strong experience.
• Proficiency in accounts payable systems, invoicing, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to avoid over/under payments that could have legal or operational impact.
• Financial analyst skills are a bonus.
