Dietitian – Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
Position:
Per‑Diem, 8‑hour day shifts.
Clinical Dietitian responsible for the nutrition care management of inpatients: nutrition risk screening, assessment, nutrition support, care plan implementation, monitoring. Other duties may include inpatient and outpatient education, multidisciplinary committee/team participation, quality improvement activities, collaboration with medical staff, mentoring of dietetic interns, and community education. Minimal direct supervision required.
Required Qualifications- On‑the‑job training.
- National CDR Registered Dietitian – Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- 2 years of acute‑care experience with proficiency in nutrition support.

Pay Range$39.33 – $61.07 per hour (base pay; additional compensation may be available).
