What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
  • Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
  • Collaborate with internal partners across various functions to enhance product promotion
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts across varied care sites
