You’ll also be able to specialize and gain expertise in different areas, such as by becoming a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, our registered investment advisor, to offer wealth management and advisory services, estate planning strategies, and business solutions.

How we will compensate you

You have the power to determine HOT income with our commission‑based compensation. In 2024, the average income of our financial professionals under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $120,555. Individual agent performance will determine your income. Benefits for eligible full‑time agents include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension.
