the Opportunity
We are seeking a paralegal with experience. This position offers a competitive starting compensation commensurate with experience, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities- Drafting legal documents and pleadings
- Preparing transactional documents and performing legal and case research
- Communicating with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case management
- Supporting complex transaction and litigation matters
- One of the following:
- Certificate of Completion from an ABA‑Approved Program
- Certificate or Degree from a Postsecondary Institution requiring at least 24 semester units in law‑related courses
- Bachelor’s Degree with Law‑Related Experience
- Experience working as a paralegal
- Superior drafting, writing, research, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office (1 Year Preferred)
- Strong work ethic that thrives in both independent and highly collaborative, fast‑paced environments
- Ability to work efficiently and cost‑effectively for clients
- Demonstrated success in helping to build and manage client relationships and deliverables
Full Time
Salary$32.00 – $50.00 per hour
