Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects to support operations, manufacturing, and supply chain initiatives, with a strong preference for experience in the medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in accordance with established project management methodologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, drive insights and informed decision-making.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including regular status updates, issue escalation, and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and organizational standards, particularly within a medical device environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the United States.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in operations, manufacturing, and/or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, develop insights, and support strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the medical devices industry.
  
  Exposure to operations, manufacturing, or supply chain functions within regulated environments.
  
  Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
