SVP of Product, Projects and Corporate Real Estate

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a purpose-driven candidate with a passion for innovation and impact to join our Senior Leadership Team as the Senior Vice President of Product, Projects, and Corporate Real Estate
. This pivotal role is ideal for the visionary leader who is committed to driving product innovation, project management excellence, and overseeing corporate real estate initiatives. • Executive Leadership
  Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing direction and leadership for the organization. Plan, develop, implement, and monitor budgets, plans, policies, procedures, and strategies for product and service innovation, project management, corporate real estate, and facilities.
• Product & Service Innovation
  Continually monitor and assess the competitiveness of all products and services against relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets. Establish and maintain credibility throughout the organization to execute and provide effective leadership over key areas of responsibility.
• Project Management
  Oversee the implementation of project management excellence across the organization. Coach and provide constructive insight and guidance to the project management team. Support the execution of best practices within the Project Management Department to achieve business goals and ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Corporate Real Estate & Facilities
  Ensure the effective administration of the corporate real estate portfolio. Lead the corporate real estate and facilities teams, overseeing strategies and processes related to real estate leases, facilities renovations, premises management, and team member movement.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct team members. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people including Members, team members, officials/directors, community leaders and groups, vendors, and other individuals and groups.
