Production & Service Manager

We are seeking an operational powerhouse, an Operations Manager, to serve as our #2 leader - a true partner to the owner who will take full ownership of Service and Production. Right now, our owner is stretched across sales and operations; your mission is to streamline systems, manage field crews, and optimize job scopes so leadership can focus on the business rather than in it.

You will lead 11 crews (at present and growing), hold weekly production meetings, audit incoming sales proposals for scope accuracy, and personally resolve elevated customer situations. As revenue increases, you will also hire and mentor a Production Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring early morning presence (6:30 AM start, ~50 hours/week, M–F and occasional weekends) and a willingness and ability to physically inspect crawlspaces alongside crews during onboarding to master our standards.

• Total Target Compensation: $125,000 Base Salary + On Target Earnings Bonus $75K = OTE $200K

• Crew Management & Efficiency:
  Currently oversee 11 crews (and growing). Conduct weekly production meetings, analyze team output and optimize margins.
• Scope & Proposal Auditing:
  Review sold job files before dispatch to catch errors, correct scope oversights, and safeguard profit margins.
• Service & Customer Resolution:
  Handle complex job re-evaluations, address customer concerns promptly, and maintain our high reputation.
• Field Leadership & Training:
  Get into the field - and physically into crawlspaces when needed - to evaluate work quality, train crews, and audit standards.
• KPI Management:
  Track and drive key operational metrics, including:
• Installation Quality:
  Callback and rework rate as a percentage of total jobs.
• Job File Quality:
  Scope accuracy and pre-dispatch approval rate.
• Production Output:
  Jobs completed per crew per week and schedule adherence.

  Review ratings and average time to complaint resolution.
• Crew Retention & Safety:
  Installer retention rates and recordable incident tracking.

  At least 5 years of experience as an operations and/or general manager for a $5M+ and growing home services company.
• Proven Scaling

  Demonstrated track record of leading a home services business from under $10M to double its size in 5 years. (Required)
