• Perform any machining operations assigned by the team lead or production supervisor.
• Setup and operate trim presses, various port and stem machines, vibratory machines, and drill‑and‑tap fixturing.
• Work in a quality‑conscious and safe manner.
• Perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.
• Advise supervisor of any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup.
• Maintain daily product and scrap records.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the machine shop or production supervisor.
• Keep work station and surrounding area clean.
• Maintain all assigned tools.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years’ work experience in a related field is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, and count.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and communication skills.
• Must be able to work sitting or standing for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.
