CNC Mill Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to set up, operate, and program CNC machines to produce precision components from engineering drawings and CAD/CAM programs.

• Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Select tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments.

• Read, write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code programs.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine machine maintenance.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.

• 3-5 years of CNC machining experience required.

• Must know G-code and be able to read, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs.

• Experience with CNC controls and CAD/CAM software.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
