Yoga Six Santa Rosa is looking for a passionate, energetic, and creative Community Engagement & Marketing Coordinator to grow our local presence, foster authentic connections, and elevate the Yoga Six brand in Santa Rosa.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Experience & Studio Events
• Plan and execute weekly in-studio activations that surprise and delight (e.g., wellness vendor days, tea tastings, themed classes).
• Coordinate milestone celebrations for members (e.g., 100-class achievements, birthdays, transformation journeys).
• Highlight a "Member of the Month" with social features and exclusive perks like merchandise, class packs, or free workshops.
• Manage community boards, gratitude walls
  , and wellness challenges to boost connection and retention.
• Local Partnerships & Community Outreach
• Build strategic partnerships with local businesses
  , wellness providers, and apartment communities to drive trial and engagement.
• Coordinate pop-up yoga classes at parks, farmers markets, coworking spaces, and community events.
• Establish corporate wellness programs with local companies, offering exclusive rates or tailored class experiences.
• Develop referral and incentive programs to reward member advocacy and stimulate organic growth.
• Social Media & Content Creation
• Own the studios local Instagram and Facebook accounts - post daily stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes highlights.
• Collaborate with instructors to film engaging short-form videos (e.g., pose breakdowns, class intros, yoga tips).
• Launch creative social media contests and referral campaigns (e.g., Bring a Friend Free Week, Post-Class Glow Up).
• Event Planning & Marketing
• Host quarterly themed classes and community events (e.g., Full Moon Flows, Holiday Yoga Parties, 108 Sun Salutations).
• Organize studio open houses and bring-a-friend events to drive lead generation and trial.
• Support major events like grand openings, anniversaries
  , and community days with vendors, giveaways, and live music.
• Lead Generation & CRM Support
• Partner with the Sales Team to capture and nurture leads from events, social campaigns, and pop-ups.
• Keep marketing metrics up to date in the CRM and assist with lead follow-ups.
• Collect member and prospect feedback to continually optimize outreach and event strategies.
• Qualifications
• Experience:
• 12 years in marketing, community outreach, events
  , or boutique fitness
  .
• Yoga or wellness background is a strong plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Social media savvy (especially Instagram and short-form video trends)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Personality:
• Vibrant, approachable, wellness-oriented

• Must be local to Santa Rosa and able to attend events and pop-ups throughout the area
