Providence is seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife to join our Santa Rosa OBGYN practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high‑quality patient care while enjoying the vibrant community and beautiful surroundings of Santa Rosa, CA.

• Per diem position
• Primarily clinic‑based
• Call as needed in hospital settings
• Collaboration with physicians and advanced practice providers in a supportive work environment
• AMCB certification, active DEA, CA State RN/ARNP license, and certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program required
• Eligibility for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks of paid time off per year
• Compensation ranges from $165,659 to $195,910 per year, plus productivity bonuses, quality incentives, hospital/ED call stipends, shift differentials, and CME allowance

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include additional elements such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, incentives, and CME allowance. This range is presented in accordance with California state law and is subject to variation based on performance and productivity.

• Certified Nurse Midwife with AMCB certification
• Active DEA registration
• Current CA State RN/ARNP license
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
• Experience in a per diem or clinic‑based environment preferred
