Position: Licensed LVN / home Health Care

We are looking for an LVN to take care of our patients in Santa Rosa.

Licensed Vocational Nurse Responsibilities:

Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Implement the nursing care plan for each patient.

Prepare clinical notes and charting in a timely manner.

Provide nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned.

Observe signs and symptoms and report reactions to treatments to RN.

Teach and counsel the patient and family/significant others regarding nursing care needs.

Prepare equipment and materials for treatments.

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Qualifications:

Current California LVN License.

Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Valid Driver's License.

2 years of LVN experience (preferred).

1 year of Home Health LVN experience (preferred).
