Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Interventional Radiology/Medical Imaging unit. This role is responsible for clinical operations, staff leadership, quality care delivery, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day unit operations and staffing
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership on patient care
• Manage budgets, hiring, and staff development
• Drive quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Active California RN license & BLS certification
• 5+ years of nursing leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, Nurse Practice Act
