Licensed Vocational Nurse — Long-Term Care Specialist

Sweetwater Care in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an LVN/LPN to provide nursing care within scope of practice, following physician orders and center policies. You will document patient changes, participate in rounds with physicians, and ensure compliance with state and local guidelines.

Two key requirements are a valid LVN/LPN license and BLS/CPR certification, with long-term care and Point Click Care  charting experience encouraged. Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.
