Construction Materials Laboratory Quality Analyst

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Materials Laboratory Quality Analyst to help ensure our laboratory testing meets the highest industry standards. This role is essential to maintaining quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across laboratory operations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC protocols (ASTM, AASHTO)
• Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory and safety compliance
• Train laboratory staff on quality standards and best practices
• Analyze testing data to identify trends and non‑compliance
• Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports for management
• Serve as a liaison for quality‑related client inquiries
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
• 3–5 years of QA experience in a construction materials testing laboratory
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with quality management systems and LIMS

Personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement

• Overtime expectations:
  Yes
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
