This is a full‑time role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The agent will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing real estate solutions to clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and supporting both landlords and tenants. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a strong client network to drive sales and leasing activities.

• Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate practices and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively
• Active Real Estate License and relevant experience in Brokerage
• Proven skills in Sales and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Proficiency in market research and understanding of local real estate trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
