Seasonal Associate – Santa Rosa PINK

Position Overview

The Seasonal Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Compensation

Minimum Salary: $19.00
Maximum Salary: $23.25

Key Responsibilities When assigned to the sales floor
  • Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
  • Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
  • Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
When assigned to the cash wrap
  • Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
  • Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs”.
When assigned to processing and replenishment
  • Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back‑room and under stocks to brand standards.
  • Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
  • Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark out of stock.
When assigned to floorset activity
  • Execute floorset proficiently.
  • Understand and adhere to brand standards.
  • Assist with maintenance of back‑room and under stocks.
All associate roles responsibility
  • Drive top‑line store sales results and grow the business.
  • Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
  • Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions and procedures.
  • Recover and replenish merchandise.
  • Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Build awareness and skills in loss prevention.
  • Support store strategy to reduce shrink.
  • Provide a safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate company values.
  • Build loyalty through the Rewards Program.
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing.
