The Ceribell System is a novel, point‑of‑care electroencephalography (EEG) platform designed to address unmet needs of patients in acute‑care settings and is used in hundreds of hospitals nationwide. Position OverviewThe Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving organic growth within the existing install base. The role includes ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, using clinical data to support expansion. The CAM must be based within the region (no remote applicants) and will require approximately 60% travel or 3 days a week onsite.
What You’ll Do- Driving New and Organic Growth:
- Expand Ceribell usage to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base.
- Work with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites.
- Introduce new product and technology to existing customers.
- Build advocacy and champion networks within facilities, using hospital data to validate interest.
- Develop qualified lead funnel through formal presentations, peer‑to‑peer education, physician training, and educational outreach.
- Oversee upgrades and departmental expansions in the existing install base.
- Apply strong project‑management skills to support new account launches.
- Clinical Training /
Education:- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the clinical usage of Ceribell products, becoming a clinical expert in relevant patient populations.
- Troubleshoot workflow solutions as needed.
- Partner with clinicians to establish protocols for patients at risk of seizures.
- Lead clinical teams through training sessions to integrate workflows and applications.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Submit required reports and training documentation promptly.
- Use to manage administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Ceribell policies.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful deployment of Ceribell products at customer sites.
- Operate within a field‑based team and maintain strong partnership with the Territory Manager.
- 3–5 years of recent critical‑care sales experience, 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience, or RN’s with industry experience supporting sales teams.
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, creative problem‑solver, highly organized, and able to prioritize strategically.
- Accurately assess stakeholders’ needs and adjust strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
- Confidence and expertise to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building.
- Driven and coachable, with a desire to succeed and openness to coaching and feedback.
- High integrity and resilience.
- Bonus: start‑up experience, experience with disruptive technology, med‑device experience, neuro‑ICU clinical experience, or sales experience.
Base: $100,000 – $180,000 USD
On‑Target Earnings: $180,000
Final salary will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience. Compensation may include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate plan.
