What You’ll Do:
- Estimate residential roofing projects using software tools like Hover or Eagle View
- Manage client relationships from lead to close
- Develop strategic contracts and pricing proposals
- Work with our talented team to deliver exceptional service and results
- Be the go-to roofing expert in your market
What You Bring:
- 5+ yearsin ResidentialRoofing Sales & Estimating
- Type Ago-getter personality – you'reproactive,driven,think strategically, and thrive on solving complex problems with confidence and precision.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven success incustomer negotiationswith ahigh achievertrack record.
- Financial smarts– know your margins, costs, and pricing strategies
- Passionfor delivering top-quality work and building trust with customers
- Will be comfortable inspecting roofs and climbing ladders
- You live in Santa Rosa, CA or in a commutable distance – this is an on-site position.
