Capstone Roofing is seeking an experienced and motivated Journeyman Roofer to lead a skilled crew on residential roofing projects. If you take pride in your work, prioritize safety, and enjoy mentoring others, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Supervise and guide a roofing crew of 6–7 team members, ensuring safe and efficient job site operations
- Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential roofing systems with quality workmanship
- Detect and repair leaks, ensure proper flashing, underlayment, and drainage installation
- Operate tools, equipment, and safety systems in accordance with best practices
- Collaborate daily with Foremen and Operations Managers to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Mentor and train team members to help grow skills and support performance
- Track labor hours, approve time records, and monitor overtime use
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Roofer or Lead Roofer on residential roofing projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate others
- Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Work Environment Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on rooftops in all weather conditions
- Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for long periods
- Exposure to loud noise, dust, and outdoor elements
- Early start times and occasional weekend work may be required

: ($100k - $200k earning potential - base, + bonus)
