We are seeking a career-minded Journeyman Fire Alarm Technician (Graduated Apprentice) to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is ideal for experienced technicians looking to continue building a skilled trade career with a clear path for advancement, specialized training, and exposure to higher‑paying prevailing wage projects.

• Install, test, inspect, troubleshoot, and service commercial and residential Fire/Life Safety Alarm Systems.
• Perform work in compliance with California Fire/Life Safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused approach while building strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings or recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites.

Applicants must meet one of the following:

• WBFAA Graduated Apprentice with passed certification exam and valid CFLST "Blue Card"; OR
• Passed Journeyman Exam, holds a Blue Card, and has completed WBFAA's Accelerated Apprentice Program.
• Customer‑friendly demeanor with the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
• Professional appearance, language, and conduct.
• Current or ability to obtain BSIS Alarm Company Employee (ACE) Card (fingerprinted background check required).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record (no major violations).
• Exceptional dependability and punctuality.
• Demonstrated experience installing, testing, and/or servicing fire life‑safety alarm systems.

• Experience with systems and products such as DMP, Notifier, FCI Gamewell, Silent Knight, Fire‑Lite, Honeywell, AES Radio, Resideo.
• Experience installing or servicing Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, CCTV/Surveillance Systems.
• Background in related trades:
  Electrical, Low Voltage Systems, IT/Networking, Cable/Satellite TV.
• NICET training and/or certification.
• Construction trades experience.
• Project management experience.
