• Maintain interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire & sprinkler systems, generators, landscapes, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords.
• Carry out general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents in private rooms and public living areas.
• Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other governing agencies.

• Experience with maintenance of HVAC, elevators, fire & sprinkler systems, generators, landscapes, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords.
• Ability to perform general maintenance projects and to respond promptly to requests.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with local fire and building officials.
• Valid HVAC or related certification is preferred (optional).
