About the RoleAs a Fleet Mechanic III, you will:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
- Disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches, and electrical systems.
- Complete essential documentation, including vehicle records.
- Manage parts ordering and inventory efficiently.
- Act as a mentor to junior mechanics, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth.
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday
- Starting at 7:00 AM until finished
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed

- Starting pay at $34.09 per hour , increasing to $35.92 per hour after your 6-month anniversary.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
- 3 years of fleet experience with various power units and trailers
- 3 years of experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, suspension, and brakes
- 2 years of experience using a computer for diagnostics
- Your own set of tools
- The willingness to achieve ASE Heavy and Medium Duty certification, CDL A, and other required certifications within your first year
