As a Fleet Mechanic III, you will:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
• Disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches, and electrical systems.
• Complete essential documentation, including vehicle records.
• Manage parts ordering and inventory efficiently.
• Act as a mentor to junior mechanics, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth.

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• Starting at 7:00 AM until finished
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Starting pay at $34.09 per hour , increasing to $35.92 per hour after your 6-month anniversary.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• A valid driver’s license
• The ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
• 3 years of fleet experience with various power units and trailers
• 3 years of experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, suspension, and brakes
• 2 years of experience using a computer for diagnostics
• Your own set of tools
• The willingness to achieve ASE Heavy and Medium Duty certification, CDL A, and other required certifications within your first year
