Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks: planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure standards are met, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments reach their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Age requirement: 18 years or older.
Additional Info- $14.00/hr starting wage
