• Large OBGYN department of close to 40 providers
• Group has 19 clinics in San Diego with 7 sites offering OB and GYN services
• Openings at Santee clinic
• Average work week is 60% office based | 40% inpatient based
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Salary Range: $280,000 - $541,600+ (may include productivity/bonuses). Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process.

• Group covers 1 hospital:
  Sharp Mary Birch, San Diego’s only hospital dedicated to women and newborns
• SRSMG delivered close to 4,000 babies last year with each OB provider delivering about 150
• 24 L&D rooms at the hospital, with level III NICU (one of the largest in the state)
• Group has block time for surgeries. Sharp Mary Birch has 2 robots
• Dedicated nocturnist OB team to reduce night call
• Day call is 12 hours equally divided among the providers: 7 am – 7 pm
• Competitive starting salary with full comprehensive benefits package – high long‑term income potential
• Opportunity to become a shareholder in the group after your second year of employment
• Starting annual base salary of $280,000/year. The posted annual salary does not include bonuses or incentives related to the position.
