Amazing Athletes offers a competitive hourly rate, on‑the‑job training, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs. NEW Coaches can work 5‑25 classes a week, earn $25 per hr, and can earn up to $30 per hr. Programs come with ready‑made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

- All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending monthly/weekly/season trainings and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum
The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. The ideal candidate would have availability on some of the days and times listed below:
- Monday-Friday (Times): 8:00am-12:00pm & 2:00-5:00pm
- Weekends: 8:00am-1:00pm
Classes are held across preschools/day-care centers, parks, recreational centers, and elementary schools. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Complete a minimum of 12 semester units of course work in early childhood education or child development (excluding field work), including at least one course of at least three semester units in each of the following core areas:
- Child/human growth and development. ECE 100
- Child, family, and community, or child and family relations. ECE 200
- Programs/curriculum. ECE 400
- Principles and Practices ECE 600
